Course Description

Have you ever had a wonderful group? Have you ever had a difficult group? What made them like that? Most teachers are aware that some groups simply 'work' better than others. Why is this? And is there anything we can do as teachers to improve the dynamics of a group? In this course, we will explore what groups are, and what makes a good or bad group. In other courses in this series, we provide you with a handful of activities which will help you develop great group dynamics in your classroom.
